In San Luis Atolotitlán, Caltepec, Puebla, Jabalí and Pitzometl are made. This landscape is part of the origin we want to share with you.
Here are the work of the maguey, the knowledge learned as a family, and the decision to bring that story to new people.
02 / THOSE WHO KEEP THE CRAFT ALIVE
A story that continues
in your hands.
Family memory dates the beginning of this mezcal tradition to around 1910. Silvano Correa and his wife carry it on as the fifth generation, with the knowledge they received and a commitment to preserving their artisanal process.
She learned alongside her father. He also shared his knowledge with Silvano and passed on to him the importance of preserving that way of making mezcal. Getting to know both of them offers a glimpse into a craft that has been passed down from one generation to the next.
The approximate date corresponds to the family business's records. The company was founded in 2025.
03 / THE BIRTH OF THE QUINTA
Five partners.
A shared intention.
In 2020, a meeting between Roberto Carlos and Silvano sparked the idea of a mezcal company. In 2025, they revisited that idea, and five partners came together to turn it into a joint project.
This is how Productora de Mezcal La Quinta, S.A. de C.V. was born, incorporated on September 20, 2025. Espíritu de Origen is the brand under which we present this new chapter.

Why La Quinta?
The name alludes to the five founding partners and evokes a farm or ranch: nature, roots, and family togetherness. It is the image that inspires the way we want to build our future.
